Deep
Thick
Dripping with the blood of her scars
Falling apart
Mending back together
Stronger when pain passes
Filled with love
Even when she shouldn't
She still does
If only just because
Some women
Are truly filled
To the overflowing brim
With love

The heart of a woman
Can sometimes only take so much
Bleeding
Crying, dying inside
Before just a little spot
Forever dies
Lessons learned
She's strong
She knows what she knows
And still she heals
To love another day
To trust another soul
To hopefully not break hers
Completely

With death-defying feats
She learns to live again
For her and those abound
The ones she loves
 Around her
Those scars do heal
